Why Donate?
  HopeTree Family Services gives about $3 million in benevolent care each year among its many ministries. Many of our youth, removed from abusive or neglected homes by the Commonwealth of Virginia, are not completely covered for their cost of care by the state. The remainder of that cost comes from people like you. Employee matching gifts, fulfilling an item from our needs list, planned giving, or making a donation of any amount helps us to provide care to at-risk youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.

  A donation of:
  $65 will fulfill a resident's Christmas wishlist
  $85 will warm a resident with a winter coat
  $200 will treat a DDM cottage to an activity
  $350 will provide training for foster parents
  $820 will purchase a new computer for HopeTree Academy 

Other ways to help
-Download the GoodSearch toolbar. Each search yields a donation to HopeTree.
-Use GoodShop for your online shopping and choose HopeTree as your charity. A percentage of each purchase wil go to HopeTree.
-Sell items on eBay Giving Works. Select a percentage of the total sale to be used as a donation to HopeTree.
-Visit our Facebook page. Once 500 fans "like" our page, we will have an ice cream social for our residents.
